The 2016 ATB Financial Annual Report

The 2016 annual report package for ATB Financial consisted of three pieces – two booklets and a sleeve style box. All three pieces were produced on the XL-106 press using UV inks on a variety of substrates as listed below. Both books were perfected.

Book 1: 48pg + Cover, 5/5, Perfect bound, 8.5x5.25 finished size, 100lb Cougar Cover, 80lb Cougar Opaque Text
Book 2: 148pg + Cover, 5/5, Perfect bound, 8.5x11 finished size, 100lb Cougar Cover, 80lb Cougar Opaque Text, 70lb Cougar Opaque Text (financials)
Sleeve/box: 5/0, 8.5x5.5x1 finished size, 100lb Cougar Cover, die-cut and assembled

There were a lot of challenges encountered in both the print and finishing aspects of this project. Because all three pieces shared colors and design aspects, precision color matching was required when printing on the differing substrates. The project also required precision bindery and finishing including die-cutting and Perfect binding. Yet in the end, all three pieces aligned perfectly when kitted with consistent color across the finished project.
